Our Award Winning Head Chef - Dean Douglass who is based at The Lyth Valley Restaurant with Rooms, has been a chef for 15 years and has worked in fine dining restaurants. Dean offers modern British cuisine "with a twist" and has a passion for locally sourced, sustainable, seasonal produce, and specialises in fish and game dishes.
